Special Olympics Unified Volleyball World Cup in Katowice
The Special Olympics Unified Volleyball World Cup is kicking off in Katowice, Poland, on October 5, 2025. The tournament is being recognized as a world first and is featuring 16 teams in unique combinations; each team is consisting of 12 players made up of 6 members with intellectual disabilities and 6 without. There are also teams in which both men and women are playing. The tournament is hoping to send a message throughout the world celebrating skill and inclusion.
