Westminster attack: Interview with former neighbour of victim Aysha Frade

Interview with Patricia Scotland was a former neighbour of victim Aysha Frade who died after being struck by a car in the Westminster Bridge attack. Ms Scotland said she had lived beside the family for years and was sad when they moved, having known Mrs Frade's husband John since he was a little boy. Aysha Frade, one of the victims of the Westminster terror attack, was "a highly regarded and loved" member of staff at the London sixth form college where she worked.
