Hygieia of the St Bernard's Well - stock photo
Designed by painter Alexander Nasmyth in 1789, it Houses a statue of the Greek goddess of health Hygeia.
Discovered in 1760, it was believed by the locals to have healing powers. This beautiful structure has stood for over 230 years.
