(Original Caption) Not exactly the best of friends during a general assembly debate, especially when Red China is a topic on the agenda, Indian delegate V.K. Krishna Menon (left) and U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Henry Cabot Lodge appear to be having an amiable chat at today's session of the assembly. Yesterday, Menon threw up a roadblock on the U.S. motion to bar all discussions of seating the Peiping regime during the current assembly session. He was unsuccessful, however, as he was ruled out of order by the assembly President.
