Harvesting season is at its peak and farmers are already picking ripe berries, which they deliver to the local factory. Coffee is the main source of income for most farmers earning an average 0.8 USD per kilogram of cherry. The farmers grow Arabica coffee, whose beans are widely sought in the world market among them consumers in Europe and USA.
