LABOR OF LOVE--Jim Bishop, 57, places rocks onto a chimney without harnesses on his own scaffolding on a castle he has been building for over 30 years. He calls it a 'monument to hard-working people' and 'Amercia's biggest, one-man, physical project.' The castle, which Bishop has single-handedly gathered and set over 1000 tons of rock to build, is nestled in the foothills of the San Isabel National Forest about 40 miles southwest of Pueblo off Colorado state highway 165.
