"Through several years of negotiations with the City of Boulder, a land-lease model has been developed for Boulder Ice to proceed towards securing a land lease for approximately 7 acres of Valmont City Park land from the City on which the new facility and parking lot could be built. The 132-acre, City-owned Valmont City Park is located just east of the intersection of Foothills Parkway and Valmont Road."
