Junior Olympics Qualifying Swim Meet In Philadelphia

This evening began the Junior Olympics qualifying swim competition held in Philadelphia. Young men and women all gathered this evening to represent their swim clubs. There is an interview with event organizer Coach James Ellis, Kroc Sr. Aquatics Director with The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center. Also interviewed was a young Anya Mostek who took first place in the All Girls 13 to 14 age range 500 Freestyle with a unbelievable time of 5 minutes 32 seconds 54 milliseconds. Anya represents Pay Phoenixville YMCA. Each race consists of 20 laps.
