Slight drop in rough sleeping numbers in England but London rises sharply

VOICED: There's been a slight drop in the number of people sleeping rough in England. However in the capital - which is home to over a quarter of all rough sleepers - there was a 13% rise. Overall there have been 220 fewer people sleeping on the streets in the past year, putting the total in England to 4,677. As temperatures plummet, concerns for their safety are growing.
