EXT DAY WS: Black& White shot of auto maker Henry Ford sitting with Firestone founder Harvey Firestone and an unidentified man. EXT DAY NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE WS: Bridgestone/Firestone sign on lawn outside of headquarters. WS: Exterior of Bridgestone/Firestone headquarters seen. CU: Shot pans along "Firestone" embossed on tire. WS: Ford Explorer drives down the street. INT BRIDGESTONE/FIRESTONE HEADQAURTERS WS: Bridgestone/Firestone Chief Executive Officer John Lampe. VO: In part voice over as a low level shot of a worker removing labels from tires is seen Lampe says "Today I am announcing that Bridgestone/Firestone is terminating its almost 100-year business relationship of supplying tires to the Ford Motor Company." EXT DAY DEARBORN, MICHIGAN WS: Low level shot of Ford Motor Company sign on side of building. INT MS: During interview Ford Motor Company's John Rintamaki says" We are disappointed that Firestone has decided not to work together for the safety of our shared customers. That's the only issue that matters." EXT DAY Shot zooms in on Firestone tire on a vehicle revealing Ford logo embossed on hubcap. Shot pans from an emergency worker attempting to remove rim from Ford Explorer that flipped over during an accident to the tire's tread lying on the ground next to the vehicle. INT A GARAGE WS: Ford Explorer drives on to lift inside garage. EXT DAY WS: Ford Explorer drives down the road. INT AUTO PACIFIC INCORPORATED'S JIM HALL'S (PH) OFFICE WS: Hall works at his desk. MS: During interview Hall says "The customer, in this respect, is sort of out of the cold." EXT DAY CALIFORNIA WS: Ford Expedition Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) comes to a stop WS: During interview as his wife Teri looks on SUV owner Timothy Moynahan (both phs) says "We will not buy a Ford vehicle if it's going to endanger my family." CU: Firestone tire on Moynahan's SUV. WS: As his wife looks on Moynahan says "And if Ford would continue to use Firestone, I'd buy a Chevy." EXT DAY WS: Black and white footage of Ford and Firestone sitting at a table as food goes by them". EXT DAY WS: Hand removes tire from tread of flipped over Ford Explorer INT AUTO PACIFIC INCORPORATED'S JIM HALL'S (PH) OFFICE MS: During interview Hall says" You're seeing the influence of 20th, 21st century business and you're seeing the purging of the last of the real industrial pioneers in America and the way they did business."
