WGN-Pope Francis celebrated mass for the Feast of Saints Peter and Paul in St. Peter’s Basilica. During the mass, the pope blessed the pallium, which is a wool white scarf-like item that is given to bishops to symbolize their connection to the pope. Palliums were given to Chicago's Blase Cupich and 45 other new archbishops on June 29, 2015 in Vatican City, Vatican.
