10282017 - Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA: A sign reads, Murfreesboro Loves Saturday night on plywood covering the windows of businesses in downtown Murfreesboro, Tennessee after White Nationalists canceled their, "White Lives Matter," rally. Earlier in the day the White Nationalist groups held a rally in downtown Shelbyville, Tennessee long security lines delayed the start of it by more than an hour. The rally, and the counter rally were the largest such gatherings since the deadly Charlottesville Unite the Right rally in August. Police created two areas for protesters, and kept the groups apart in Shelbyville, and Murfreesboro. A coalition of neo-Nazis and white nationalists including the Nationalist Socialist Movement, Traditional Workers Party, Vanguard America and Anti-Communist Action, and League of the South, were present. The White Nationalists and neo-Nazis later held a rally in Tennessee's Henry Horton State Park, but when media arrived to cover it they dispersed.
