MIAMI, : French skipper Bruno Peyron looks up at storm clouds as he stands on one of the hulls of his 86-foot Catamaran "Explorer" at a local marina in downtown Miami 30 May 1999 before he and US skipper Cam Lewis along with a small crew began their attempt to set a new sailing record between Miami and New York City. Lewis and Peyron will later attempt as well to break the old transatlantic record of 6 days, 13 hours and 03 minutes that was set by Peyron back in 1990 when they leave New York en route to the English Channel sometime in early June.
