Dubai, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: FILES -Picture taken 12 January 2006 shows an Emirati fan taking a picture of Bayern Munich player Michael Ballack after a training session at the Al-Wasel stadium in Dubai , during Bayern's third annual winter training camp in the United Arab Emirates. German football captain and new Chelsea midfielder Michael Ballack has been fined 60,000 euros for failing to declare a handbag he bought in Dubai at airport customs, a German newspaper said on 24 May 2006. Ballack bought the handbag, which is valued at about 2,000 euros, for his girlfriend in the shopper's haven in January and it was found in his luggage at Munich airport.
