MOGILYEV, BELARUS: A Belarus prison doctor examines a prisoner with a Nazi tattoo on his back at the Prison No. 15, 22 June 2005, in the town of Mogilyev, some 200 kms from Minsk. Following an amnesty marking the 60th anniversary of the end of WWII, around 4000 prisoners were released and some 5000 should be freed throughout the year.
