AMPSURF: Operation Restoration IV

Operation Restoration IV is hosted by The Association of Amputee Surfers (AMPSURF), an organzation set up to help disabled veterans and local disabled, along with wounded active duty service men, to learn adaptive surfing and feel the healing power of the ocean and the sport.
