Serbian authorities arrested Goran Hadzic, the last fugitive wanted by the UN war crimes court in The Hague, on July 20. Hadzic faces 14 counts of crimes against humanity and war crimes for the murders of hundreds of civilians and deportation of tens of thousands of Croats by troops under his command during the 1991-95 Croatian war.
